Lawn and Site Grading/Resloping

Regrading is the process of leveling out land to allow for the proper drainage of water. High or low spots will cause water to pool up and cause significant damage to your property, whether it's the landscaping aspect or even your home's foundation. This process is done with specialized machinery (Backhoe/Skid-steer). 

Sub-Contractor Services

We also take on sub-contracted work; if you're a company with a limited scope of equipment, we can provide our machines and personnel. Our machine operators work safely and efficiently, tackling any excavation work thrown at them. 

Any contractor soliciting our services must have proof of insurance and workers comp; no exceptions. 

Back Filling/Material Removal

We can remove and backfill whether you have an in-ground or above-ground pool. During the backfilling process, we finalize by re-grading the area and installing a new lawn if required, as there are other options for the final product (discussed during the initial visit).

Usable yard extensions are also accomplished by filling in divots, ditches, or holes in your property.

Stump Removals/General Excavations

There are two ways to remove a stump. We can use a stump grinder to grind down the stump and the most visible roots. The second way is to dig it out using our backhoe. The second way is more efficient as we remove more material from the ground. However, not all stumps are dig-able; it depends on the location and size of the stump. General excavations may include the removal of stumps or any fence posts or obstacles that may be in the way of future projects.
